Content Mixed with Style

As a magician you are all about style, the pizzazz, your wit, the clever applications and entertainment value. This should be easy for you as a magician.

As a speaker you are all about content, inspiring your audience to take action, delivering relevant information, wisdom and insight. This may take extra work depending on your expertise and the program.

If you keep the right mix of content verses style then your programs will always be successful, finding that right mix for each audience is your challenge.

Ask your clients which do they prefer? Do they prefer 70% entertainment and 30% content or the reverse? Some may prefer as much as 90% entertainment value and only 10% information.

Be sure to stay within the boundaries of your expertise. This is when it is important to know your strengths and talents.

Corporations are challenged more than ever to meet the needs of their employees and at the same time provide good customer service. If your program can help them reach their goals then you will be successful.

Here is a link to a video produced by a consulting company who is addressing the issues as they see it. As you watch this video, ask yourself how your programs and services can meet their needs?
